Explanation:
В английском это выражается по-разному. Если кто-то платит за напитки в баре, то говорят "it's my shout". Если за еду или что-то еще, то говорят "it's my treat".

А пример с конфетами в офисе вообще из другой оперы, я бы это перевела как "The chocolate is from Pavel", "Pavel brought them" и т.д.

neutral  Sarah McDowell: I have never heard "it's my shout" in my whole life so maybe it's a regional Australian thing. It's far more common to hear "It's on me" or "It's my treat", such as when a guy's paying for food/drinks on a date or paying for a group of friends.
