La frase è tratta da un atto notarile per la costituzione di una società.
Purtroppo non si tratta di uno dei miei campi di specializzazione, perciò la mia conoscenza è limitata.
Sinceramente una traduzione letterale "le mandatarie sono autorizzate a ripetere l'atto di fondazione per le parti" mi suona molto strano, però, appunto, non essendo una specialista, non saprei come interpretare correttamente la frase.
