This must be a power of attorney made by one of the children of the late father in relation to the legal procedure that follows an inheritence deed (after death).

This legal process consists of various steps, and each step implies a different procedure in its own - at least in Albania.

In this context 'te kaloje' imlplies 'te transferoje' as a broader term that foresees any procedure related to the transfer of the properties.

Thus, 'in her name' would be the closest to accurate I can think of.

First you are right. I misread the text and understood something different.

Maybe my English isn't good enough, but I feel there's a difference between "on behalf of" and "in the interest of". Somebody might act on behalf of the mother in the interest of her children or anybody else, not hers.

I also wonder if "emri" in this case equals "property rights". If so, this covers both "on behalf of" and "in the interest of".
