En googling visar att det kan röra sig om "aktieinnehav" (som IATE menar), eller med andra ord "andel".

Google säger t.ex.: "Participation refers to the ownership of shares in a company or property."

På Glosbe kan man se att "capital participation" översätts bl.a. till kapitalandel. Och att "risk-capital participation" = "riskkapitalandel".

Jag landar alltså i en högst osäker killgissning på "andel". :-)

They are launching participations (andelar). Andelar that are up for grabs for investors. Companies decide how big piece of the pie they want to offer investors, so it makes sense I guess. Im not a financial translator. :)

agree  Joakim Braun: OK översättning av "partictiations", men "launching the participations" gör formuleringen knepigare. Då kanske det är bättre med "när instrumenten blir tillgängliga" eller liknande.
