Russian term

PACKs

Russian to English Tech/Engineering IT (Information Technology)
Hi Russian ligunists, I'm asking your help about an Englsih term originated from a Russian document. This is related to the English-Chinese Kudos question at https://www.proz.com/kudoz/english-to-chinese/it-information...

English source:
This month also saw the Ministry of Digital Transformation announce certain employees of IT companies will be exempted from conscription amid the country’s mobilization of more troops to Ukraine.

Developers of software and databases, developers of [[[PACKs]]], electronic modules, computer equipment, computer technology, network, telecommunications and peripheral equipment, Internet of things devices, developers of robotics technologies and sensors, designers of systems using blockchain, and creators of Internet sites are amongst those granted exemptions.

I managed to find the original Russian document from the Ministry of Digital Development (https://digital.gov.ru/uploaded/files/d154547600_JMmhHWM.pdf... and with the help of Google, I believe that section 1.02 in this document is the source of the above English text but Google translation was not quite good.

So the question here is: what's the exact source in Russian of the English term "PACKs" here? Could you please provide the full term of "PACKs" in English?

Thank you so much!

software and hardware package

Assuming, the document you found is the source (very probable), the source acronym is ПАК blindly transliterated.
