English term or phrase: high fuel
Source segment:
We ran the Medium and Hard tyres with high fuel to assess race performance and this looked in line with our simulations.

This is from an interview with a Formula 1 driver. The same job also contains "low fuel", which I presume is the opposite of "high fuel". I do not think this is about fuel consumption. Could this have to do with the fuel mixture ("fettes/mageres Gemisch")?

mit viel Benzin im Tank
Explanation:

Client actually confirmed that "high fuel" and "low fuel" mean the fuel level at the beginning of the race. Thank you!

Kraftstoff (Treibstoff) mit hohem Kohlenstoffgehalt // kohlenstoffreicher Kraftstoff (Treibstoff)

Explanation:

Carbon-based fuel is any fuel principally from the oxidation or burning of carbon. Carbon-based fuels are of two main kinds, biofuels and fossil fuels. Whereas biofuels are derived from recent-growth organic matter[1] and are typically harvested, as with logging of forests and cutting of corn, fossil fuels are of prehistoric origin[2] and are extracted from the ground, the principal fossil fuels being oil, coal, and natural gas.

From an economic policy perspective, an important distinction between biofuels and fossil fuels is that only the former is sustainable or renewable.

Even Royal Shell is working on it:

Shell is committed to producing and supplying low carbon fuels (LCF) such as sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), biodiesel, bioethanol and renewable compressed natural gas (R-CNG), to help lower carbon emissions from transportation.

Etwa: fast voll bzw. fast leer. "higher fuel ..." = ... mit vollerem Tank
