agree  ezpz: Simplemente correcto. Es un tipo de trabajo acordado con Auditor, tipo PwC etc. Se limitan a recoger información, pero no necesariamente a validarla. A veces también se pueden llamar "internal auditor" o "contract accountant", en preparación de auditoría.
