Does it mean lottery or a children's game as I searched? I'm not sure.

It's the lottery, definitely not a children's show (children aren't allowed to play the lottery).

Lottery

A lottery is a game where you guess 6 numbers out of 49 or so, played every week twice. If you match the numbers you can win a lot of money;o)
