traduzindo um relatório financeiro encontrei o termo narrativa, em português o conceito:

O Relatório Narrativo é uma solução para gerenciamento e geração de relatórios narrativos. Ele oferece uma abordagem segura, colaborativa e orientada a processos para definir, criar, revisar e publicar pacotes de relatórios financeiros e de gerenciamento.

Porém em inglês o conceito muda:

“Narrative reporting” describes the non-financial information included in annual reports to provide a broad and meaningful picture of the company's business, its market position, strategy, performance and future prospects.
