Post Call Processing (PCP)” (Also known as Aux, Post Call Work, After Call Work, and Wrap-up.) means the work that is necessitated by and immediately follows an inbound transaction. “Ramp Up” means for each new Batch, the sixty (60) day period that begins on the Go Live Date. Ramp Up also includes the allocated time (not to exceed 90 days from the Go Live Date) provided by Bell to the Supplier to obtain the contracted performance objectives prior to being subject to bonuses /credits. Ramp up targets for each KPI will be provided to the Supplier for the Ramp Up period. Supplier will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Ramp Up targets are met. However, the Service Level KPI will be subject to bonuses /credits from the Go Live Date
