Bonjour, je ne comprends pas l'emploi de "prevailing situations" ici... Voici le contexte (cours de gestion de projet) :

1) Develop project charter - inputs - 1

A major document used in this process is the business case which describes why the project is worth the necessary investment. The requesting organisation or customer writes the business case and it is created as a result of several PREVAILING SITUATIONS.

Firstly, there may be a market demand to respond to shortages in a particular area or there may be an organisational need to create a new product to improve the revenue stream.
In some cases, there may be a customer request, for example a utility company providing services to a new business park.
