I'm going to think more about this one, I'm wondering if there's something at the back of my mind somewhere that might fit better. So far I think milk sister is the best you've got, but I would certainly add a footnote if you have the option, explaining that the two were fed by the same wetnurse, as younger people may well not understand, or try and place some other meaning on the term
