la résidence et le domicile se disent tous les deux en Droit. mais cependant cela dépend du contexte général du texte. Car Le Code civil définit le domicile comme étant le lieu dans lequel une personne possède son principal établissement. C'est le même pour le domicile social. De son côté, la résidence est conçue comme une situation de fait : ç'est le lieu ou une personne habite lorsqu'elle se trouve hors de son domicile, par exemple lorsqu'elle est en villégiature,
