English term or phrase: insisted
I am translating, from English into Polish, a declaration of performance for repair compound for traffic surfaces. The original was in German, and was subsequently translated into English. In the declaration there is this table: https://i.postimg.cc/Jn64qH8N/insisted.jpg

What does the translator mean by ''insisted'' watertightness?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

agree  Cilian O'Tuama: Very likely - (auf etwas) bestehen meaning to insist (on). Probably an MT mix-up.
