Reconciliation with denial
I have found two rereferences that I hope you would make use of them:
http://stmary-church.com/ibn_assal.pdf
78. Beware that reconciliation about a certain matter is done by compensation, giving to satisfy an oath and breaking an enmity. The trial is obedience to God and keeping faith with people and is three different kinds: Reconciliation with admission, reconciliation with denial, or conciliation with silence without admission or denial (no contest).

B. Reconciliation with denial. 'A person claims that he has some right over another but the defendant denies it. Thereafter, he makes reconciliation to give something in order to drop his claim over it, because he wishes to avoid any dispute and swearing that is required of him if he denies the claim.
