Hüll Explanation: https://brooklynbrewshop.com/blogs/themash/hop-profile-manda... leaves "Hüll" unchanged, and so could you. Answer posted as requested ;-) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2021-09-29 12:06:01 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Taken straight from the Brooklyn Brewshop site: "The German Mandarina Bavaria hop burst onto the scene in 2012 from The Hop Research Center in Hüll Germany (along with sister varietals Hüll Melon, Polaris and Hallertau Blanc). Bred from American Cascade and traditional Hüll hops, Madarina Bavaria hops retain much of the Cascade citrus-notes but without the large hits of pine the American hop is known for. Instead Mandarina Bavaria hops have underlying herbal notes and light spice akin to Hallertau or Styrian Golding hops, but don't be mistaken; this hop leads with a dominant, unfading sweet citrus that is irresistible." |
