Me estoy ahogando en un vaso de agua, creo yo... :(

Al principio había puesto "desenrollar" para "roll down" pero en realidad no cabe acá, puesto que están hablando de un anillo de un material rígido que sube y baja para enrollar/desenrollar el protector de heridas en sí, que es como una "manga" o tubo de un material flexible, sujetado por el anillo. En todo caso, lo que se enrolla/desenrolla es la manga, no el anillo.

Pensé en "bajar", como se "baja/sube" la ventana (roll the window up/down), pero no me convence tampoco...
