It's from a patent application for a method to automatically connect new computing devices to a local network without having to specify or look for a network. The provisioner device could probably be translated as "das bereitstellende Gerät oder Bereitstellgerät", but I'm at a loss for the provionee device. Since I can only find very few references for those two terms online I thought about using the English terms with a brief description in parentheses or as a footnote. For more context:

FIG. 9 illustrates an example of a sequence diagram between a provisionee device, a provisioner device, and a server to connect the provisionee device to a secure data network, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure;
[0012] FIG. 10 illustrates an example of flow for connection of a provisionee device to a secure data network, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure;

I'll leave the provisioner device for now, but wonder about Einspeisegerät if Aus- vs. Eingabegerät isn't in the frame.

Otherwise, according to a native English patent translator I used to work with inhouse, Endgerät pre-provisioning days translated as a 'terminal' or 'mobile handset'.
