During this two and a half year period, SLF represented xx throughout the proceedings before the Court of First Instance. xx prevailed at the Court of First Instance, but the judgment was appealed by xxx. On 8 October 2017, xx sacked SLF and directed SLF to cease working on its case with immediate effect.
