I guess it may not be quite a common phrase used in Japanese negotiations. The phrase literally means "summarized price(s)", while I imagine it may possibly refer to some kind of a whole price list for the carbon fiber products. If it does, in Japanese, you may re-arrange the order of the terms 要約 and 価格, and translate it as "price summary (list)" to make it brief and compact as a phrase.
