English term

shall constitute a complete adjustment of the property rights

English to Romanian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) proces de divort
Buna ziua!

Either each of the parties or, if applicable, her or his heirs, executors or administrators, upon the demand of the other, and at any time after the instant Agreement shall become effective, shall execute and deliver to the other, any and all instruments and documents to make effective the provisions of the instant Agreement, and to release her or his respective interest in property, real or personal, either belonging to or awarded to the other, the intention being that the property settlement provided for within the instant Agreement shall constitute a complete adjustment of the property rights of the parties hereto.

Mulțumesc!

constituie reglarea / compensatie / definitiv al drepturilor patrimoniale / reale /

I'm none too sure of the translation, but think the tense can remain in the present - as in most other Romance lnaguages, and that adjustment means an equalisation or counter-balancing of property interests in land and entitlements cf. Rentenausgleich on divorce in DEU,
