je n'ai pas pu trouver d'adjectif français pour player-facing, mais il s'agit des différents réseaux utilisés par les joueurs (pour plus de clarté, j'ajouterais, à la traduction, des exemples de ces réseaux entre parenthèses, comme ici) :
"Ensure consistent communications protocols across all player-facing channels (social media, forums, support channels, etc.)"

On parle de chaîne Youtube et Twitch je précise... Les spectateurs/l'audience les visualisent parfois en direct et il existe tout un tas de partenariats possibles selon son audimat.
