French term

période panélisable

French Law/Patents Law (general) Over the counter agreement for the supply of products.
I wondered if this might be a typo and is supposed to be "pénalisable"? If not, I don't understand it as panélisable seems to mean "pouvant entrer dans un panel, pouvant faire l'objet d'un panel". Can anyone point me in the right direction? This is the full context:

Discussion

I believe '' Penalty period'' is the right here since the context is a contract between two parties. In fact, if the supply has not been delivered after the penalty period, the Purchaser shall terminate the contract.

période pénalisable

Penalty period.
I think it has to be this given what the rest of the sentence says. After a certain time, no more penalties are charged and the contract is automatically terminated.
