"Fellow" se usa para miembros, incluso becarios, así que es importante ver qué título tiene. Habla de "associate professor", es decir, aquí sería un profesor titular universitario, como en la referencia que te han pasado. Si fuera ·"full professor" sería mejor traducirlo por "catedrático" Para mí el problema no es este, sino como traduces "Fellow of Practice", que no tiene equivalente ya que son "leading practitioners from across the public, private and voluntary sectors. They offer their practical expertise and knowledge and help to further our mission".
