Estoy traduciendo un certificado de acta de matrimonio paraguaya y su transcripción en los libros del registro. La pareja contrajo matrimonio en los Estados Unidos y registró el matrimonio en Paraguay. La traducción es para los Estados Unidos:

Al comienzo de la transcripción del acta dice:

Tomo II/2011 **MAT./EXT.**

Luego aparece el contenido del acta de matrimonio como tal y una nota marginal correspondiente al divorcio de la pareja.
