Я бы не перевёл название блюда, так как такое название на голландском не существует и не имел бы значения. Лучше просто описывать, что будет на тарелке. Написанное мной переводится, как "Блюдо из кубиков мяса и овощей в духовке".

Asker: В английском есть блюдо с похожим названием: Landlord´s meat. Разумеется, это не барина зарезали, а мясо приготовили по его любимому рецепту - поэтому "мясо по-барски"
