Engine Installation Instructions for Front and Rear Crankshaft Oil Seals
Lift the cab off the vehicle frame.
Remove 12 cap screws securing the cab to the foot housing.
Install Cab-to-Foot Housing
Tighten cab-to-foot housing cap screws (A) before tightening all other cap screws.
J'ai trouvé "carter à pattes"
ou bien "boîtier de pied" sur linguee...
Sinon je me demande si c'est "repose-pieds"?

On est dans le cadre du démontage de la cabine d'un engin agricole de son châssis ([Lift the cab off the vehicle frame]).
Il semble donc qu'il s'agisse ici de la partie du châssis destinée à recevoir la cabine, que l'on appellerait plus volontiers "cab mount" en anglais, le terme [foot housing] ne paraissant pas très commun. On peut voir ce dont il s'agit en effectuant une recherche d'images sur "machine cab to frame mount".
En français, il semble que le terme soit "support de cabine" :
