English to Russian Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Preliminary Due Diligence Questionnaire

Information requested herein will assist the professional parties to be appointed by the Company in connection with the Listing in obtaining a thorough understanding of the operations of and each of its subsidiaries, branches, representative offices, and any other affiliated entities, including any entities excluding in the proposed listing Group to be enlarged by the Acquisition (collectively, the “Group”) and to better equip them in preparing the Prospectus to be issued by the Company in connection with the Listing (the “Prospectus”).
