This is from a Swiss Business document, under a list of types of signature.
I would translate it as joint signature of 2 persons - except for the fact that lower down on the page I see "firma collettiva a due".
So would something like "Joint proxy of 2 persons" make sense?

Of course, signatory powers are effectively almost the same as power of attorney, but since they're separate concepts in the Italian, it's better to keep them that way in the English.

Explanation:
The joint and 2-person is a bit redundant, so I would say it like this if you are translating a commercial register or registry of companies extract.
Proxies are best left to Shareholder meeting and the proxy given to another person - normlly a lawyer - to vote at AGMs on his behalf.

neutral  philgoddard: This doesn't solve the asker's problem, which is that there are two similar terms. And I don't think there's any redundancy in the Italian - it could be three-person joint signatory powers, or two people could have separate powers.
