thanks - that's useful - hadn't spotted that term in my search - pleurodesis is not a procedure that's described here, but adhesion could work in the context - was stumped by the 'ABgeklebt', would have backtranslated this as 'angeklebt', but apparently it is in use in the source language - found this discussion, where in response to the finding mentioning a 'partiell abgeklebter Pleuraerguss' the answerer talks about 'Verklebungen', so interpretation as 'adhesions' seems reasonable
