English to Russian Medical Medical (general) surgery

We typically utilize a 30° camera, a robotic fenestrated or Prograsp grasper in the non-dominant hand and robotic monopolar scissors in the dominant hand. Once lysis of adhesions is completed, development of the retro-rectus plane, transversus abdominis division, and subsequent retromuscular dissection mimic the steps of the open TAR (Transversus abdominis release) procedure.
