peculiarities of the adherence and identification غرابتهای پایبندی و همذاتپنداری Explanation: A peculiarity is usually an abnormal, if not strange, characteristic distinctive to an entity. There's no obscurity on adherence, but as for 'identification', since we're talking about an 'organizational culture', I'd say that it means a person's sense of identity with someone or something, that being the organizational culture here. Hence my suggestion. |
