I understand your comments on the grammatical and semantic aspects of the text and context. Howevver, I am questioning how the enforcement request is actually "subject to this" (in terms of logic), i.e. how is it that the extra amount can be "dependant" on the enforcement order? ...Surely what they mean is:
"payment of this amount will now require an order to be enforced (at this stage) due to xxxx" ?

"Incheierea de stabilire a cheltuielilor" which had amounted to 6,157.60 lei is null now. From previous posts we know the party ows only 2,000.00 lei. Because of that fact, simply put, the sum of 6,157.60 lei is "supusa intoarcerii executarii". This is what I understand from the overall context.

1- In the US we say Code of Civil Procedure, not Civil Code
2- When translating legal documents (and I do a ton for the Justice Department), the translator must understand the concept, and not be bound by single words.
3- From your previous postings, I understand that there is a reason for "because" - the illegal excessive amount of court expenses or whatever it was.

I am aware that the regular translation is "subject to", and in this case it may sound OK, as well as "dependant on" and other synonyms etc. However, the point I am making is that would my sentence here still contain the same meaning should I use "subject to"?: (my proposed translation follows).

"This has been executed on the basis of a dissolved case proceedings, subject to a court restitution order, pursuant to Art. No.723, Para.1 of the Civil Code of Procedure."

It may work above, however in an earlier section, the same phrase is used but precedes the term "doarece", which I believed to mean "because". I do not understand how "this is subject to.... BECAUSE" works as there is no reason why "a fost anulata" should result in this becoming its determiner. Here is the phrasing I am talking about:

"Suma in cuantum de 6,157.60 lei executata silit in dosarul de executare No.40/2016 de catre XXX este supusa intoarcerii executarii, deoarece a fost anulata in parte Incheierea de stabilire a cheltuielilor de executare silita din data de 28/01/2016 intocmita in dosarul de executare nr.40/2016."

What I mean is how is the "deoarece" phrase dependent on(subject to) this?
