Lastly, discussions with DG Grow have started on how to monitor and measure the use of IP rights by SME.

Building on research carried out by the Observatory on supporting innovators and SMEs, the Office decided to develop a website for innovators, entrepreneurs and SMEs, addressing the issues they face in setting up a new business and supporting them to access quality information on issues such as funding, technology transfer and ** marketing circling **. The first step will be to carry out a feasibility study of the proposed features.
