Hi guys,

I'm having an awful lot of trouble rendering this sentence:

"Value is the extent to which a good or service is perceived by customers to meet their needs or wants, measured by their willingness to pay again for it for future purchases."

Here's what I have at the moment, but I'm not quite happy with it:

"La valeur est, du point de vue des clients, la faculté qu'a un bien ou un service à combler leurs besoins ou leurs désirs, mesurée par leur volonté à payer à nouveau pour ceux-ci lors d'un achat ultérieur."

I'm trying to use the term "mesure", but "la mesure à laquelle/dans laquelle" sounds very odd... so I'm using "faculté"...
