forse il termine esatto sarebbe stornare. Si tratta chiaramente di usare le informazioni in possesso per sollecitare e indurre clienti, acquirenti, fornitori o dipendenti a cambiare idea in una maniera che danneggi l'altra parte. Esiste un modo di renderlo meglio in italiano?
