samoskierowania Explanation: W przypadku klienta to jest self-referral. W przypadku solicitor instructions to jest referral, czyli skierowanie. Most work sent to Baden and his team is referred to them by solicitors. Baden is also often approached directly by existing and potential new clients with queries or instructions – Baden is happy with this approach. All barristers are required, by the regulations that govern the legal profession, to be instructed by a solicitor. Clients generally cannot instruct Baden and his team directly; however there are some exceptions. As such, a solicitor is required to instruct Baden in conjunction with the client – such a solicitor is commonly referred to as an ‘instructing solicitor’. |
