Jetzt komm ich wieder....... mit meinen Phantasien: Was sagst du zu *prima casa*???? Ist hier in Italien doch recht verbreitet.... auch in steuerlicher Hinsicht...
Ich erwarte (wie üblich) ein reges Hin und Her..... was ich (fast) immer herrlich lehrreich finde.

Gabriele Gileno Infeld: come prima casa ist sicherlich bei Immobilienagenturen sehr gebräuchlich. Habe es aber meist im Zusammenhang mit "acquistare" come prima casa gesehen. (vielleicht mit acquistabili come prima casa)

langnet: Absolut, "come prima casa"! Daß die Leute da auch selber einziehen und das nicht als Vermögensanlage (Vermietung) verwenden.

Birgit Schrader: aber eine Zweitwohnung (seconda casa) kann man auch selbst nutzen (z.B. als Ferienwohnung, oder wenn ein Ehepartner in einer anderen Stadt arbeitet....) - es ist dennoch weder ein Investitionsobjekt, noch wird die Wohnung vermietet...
