Help with a Traditional Chinese character

Non-PRO Chinese Medical Medical: Health Care
There is this character (the first one in the image: http://i723.photobucket.com/albums/ww235/ffeng99/1.jpg) in a pathological report. Anyone know which character this is?

Thank you!

I would say, you're definitely correct. That's the one. However, I'm not a native Chinese, so a native Chinese should reply, possibly from the Traditional Chinese areas of Guangdong or Hong Kong, who can also confirm, that the meaning/context also matches the 3 characters.
I just want to post your take in larger size, so anyone can see, what you've suggested:
鬱血

Is it "鬱血"?
