I am translating a website.

Esta otra web también parece indicar un significado semejante. Bucking es lo que hace el hombre que sostiene el remache en el minuto 0:59 del vídeo (http://www.boat-building.org/learn-skills/index.php/en/metal...
Yo lo llamaría remachado, que es como lo llaman en esta web en castellano (http://bertan.gipuzkoakultura.net/23/caste/19.php). Aunque remachado podría traducirse como riveting, no he encontrado ningún término en castellano tan específico para la acción de sujetar el remache mientras otro operario martillea por el otro lado. Creo que en este caso, remachado podría funcionar bien.
