Explanation:
если ПАЗ - противоаварийная защита, то можно и так назвать, наверное.
смысл, как я понимаю в том, что речь о газоанализаторах, результаты измерения которых не приводит к срабатывания аварийной защиты (отключению чего-нибудь)
