Albanian term

e e ke nga ne

Albanian to English Other Idioms / Maxims / Sayings threat
I have this, in handwriting:

ky i fundit kishte shkuar tek S. dhe i kishte dërguar fjalët: ”NË SE KA MUNDËSI ME LAJMERUE X-IN, E E KE NGA NE, MOS LYP MË LARGË”.

i.e. two e's in a row - which doesn't make it easier to understand.

I think that the first E is the last letter in a longer word (in the margin) that was lost in the scanner. Somebody wants to guess what it was, and explain the whole phrase?

My own guess is that it could be "mjafte", there is a lot of superfluous e's in this text. "Mjaft e ke" gives some Google hits, most of them in not very elegant context.

("Dërguar" is my guess for a word that's been cut in half by the edge of the scanner, only "guar" is visible. Could be something else?)

take it from us

It's likely in the context that the phrasing is meant as a piece of advice, as in 'take my word for it' , i.e 'take it from us, not need to look any further'
There is, however, also the likely hood that it is meant as: it's on us, we'll get it done.

we will take care of it

Based on the context, I would say: We will take care of it, don't ask for more. (or do not look/go any further.
