The Parties agree that the Confidential Information relates to highly sensitive business and confidential aspects of the Parties. The Parties hereby acknowledge that any breach of the provisions of this Agreement may cause serious damage to the other Party and hereby entitle the other Party to seek interim junction, specific performance by and/or claim compensation of the direct damages and losses caused by such breach.
