agree  Gabriela Alvarez: Para mí está bien, según lo que investigué. Yo pondría "subproductos de carne", ya que se aprovechan los desechos (vísceras, cuero, piel...) provenientes de los mataderos.

  -> Es posible, aunque eso ya depende del caso en concreto. Por lo que sé los subproductos normalmente siguen una ruta distinta, y se tratan para realizar hidrolizados de proteínas y otros que luego se reincorporan. ¡Gracias por el agree!
