creatinine is 1.03. He is a 19-year-old male. I do not have his weight and as a guess his height is 172 cm. I can't imagine anything else measuring that...

To select the correct option, I need creatinine level, body height (172 cm?) and weight, and patient's age and sex. -- Most likely, it is estimated creatinine clearance rate.
