this is it This is the only context. Pediatric is to be translated in easy term so that low education people can understand it too, but it should not be in the context of children.

This term should be transliterated into Urdu. However, if you want an explanation, Pediatric means: BachchoN se behes karne wali adviyaat ki shaakhw whereas a Pediatrician means Specialist of Children's diseases. Complete context was not provided. But if we would like to translate Pedictrics Department, we can say it Shoba bara-e Tib-e Itfaal.
