I'm translating a 社会保険料納入証明書.
In the 未納の有無 column, it says 価.
I would expect it to say 有 or 無.
So my question is, what does 価 mean here?

It should be 有 or 無 as in the link below. (see 3.) But since it says 価, I assume it means "amount" and you're expected to enter either put 0 or the amount owing.

Why consider the situation as black (滞納）and white(納入）？
有無 may be used for simplicity sake or for lack of space on the form, but what is the payment made was incorrect and need topping up to meet the required amount due?
Couldn't 価 be used then?
Even so, 価 remains ambivalent without more context:
Does this refer to the amount that had to be paid in, or to the amount due to make the premium payment in full?
Waht is your take on this, based on the document you are looking at?
