Il paziente ha subito un intervento di endoprotesi dell'anca, ma soffre anche di problemi ai piedi (piede cavo); immagino che questo termine possa riferirsi a un tipo di scarpe ortopediche, ma non ne sono sicura...

Herr XXX erscheint bezüglich der Hüfte zur Verlaufskontrolle. Seit der zunehmenden Vollbelastung hat er progrediente Schmerzen hauptsächlich am Knöchel sowie Kniegelenksbereich. Er hat nun eine neue ***Einlagenversorgung*** durchführen lassen, die Fehlstellung im Fuss lässt sich jedoch nur unwesentlich beheben. Es bestehen nun ebenfalls progrediente Beschwerden an der Aussenseite.
