Je travaille sur une offre pour des cours de cuisine et je cherche l'équivalent en allemand pour "le coup de feu", donc la période la plus intense en cuisine.

Il s'agit de travailler en "vraie" cuisine avec la brigade.

J'ai vu "Stoßgeschäft" dans le glossaire ????
