Intervallo di Valorizzazione Indicativa del capitale economico
Range of the indicative measurement of the economic capital

Explanation:
Bit strange this for an offerta pubblica. Is it a bank Shera?. "Economic capital" is a risk indicator, it is the capital a company needs to ensure it doesn't go broke, for example if interest rates shot up for some reason.
Otherwise, my translation here is as literal as possible without being inaccurate, since money will be riding on it. No prizes for poetry.

Investopedia
Economic capital (EC) is the amount of risk capital that a bank estimates in order to remain solvent at a given confidence level and time horizon. Regulatory capital (RC), on the other hand, reflects the amount of capital that a bank needs, given regulatory guidance and rules.

Must be financial services of some type.

What type of company is it. Maybe they just mean the "economic value" of the company, which is the fair value or in plain English the price.

Yes and you should translate that with the just the value or the fair value or price. The use of a highly technical economics term, rather than an accounging/financial term confuses here.

Asker: Hi Jim - it's a government owned company, not a bank

Asker: I can't give any more information about the company, but I think all they did mean was the "economic value" of the company...
